Ganpoumi Fi
A collective organization that was comprised of several lords who each owned a respective portion of the Sangmyung Valley (the Eastern Provinces). The government of the Ganpoumi Fi federation was defeated during the Eastern Civil War by the Songkram Empire in 268 DHT. Although not destroyed, it was effectively removed from power and began operating covertly until after the Legerian War, where the Songkram would be defeated and a Ganpoumi Fi government was restored.

Capital #
The capital city of the Ganpoumi Fi federation was Hubei, before the Songkram destroyed it and struck the Ganpoumi Fi from power.
Structure #
The Ganpoumi Fi council was made up of batches of delegates from each of The Eastern Provinces. Each province was ruled by a lord, who had the ultimate authority over their lands--but they were obligated to hear out any objections to their rule made by the other members of the council. Each lord was accompanied by councilors, of which there were 10 to 12 per province. Councilors were other noble families that resided in the same province as their lord. Lords were permitted to choose their councilors, and only up to 2 of them could be related to the lord by blood.
Councilors represented the other various interests of their province. While the lord oversaw the province's greater struggles and issues, councilors were dedicated to specific areas of interest for their homeland. For example, one councilor may have represented the fishing industry and attached trade of Mah Mur while another represented livestock and rice farming. Typically, councilors represented specific cities within the province, with the city being one that was tightly tied to their provincial interest.
